This is a random collection of recent pictures taken in my African home town of Gaborone, Botswana.

Hot Dog
Young Milo tries to cool off by lying on a cement floor and leaning against a steel kitchen unit.
Storm Damage
This is the base of 3 metre high steel structure at the entrance to The Craft Centre, in Gaborone's Broadhurst Industrial district. The anchor bolts stayed in the concrete, but were pulled through the steel frame of the sign by fierce local winds during a thunderstorm. Several trees were uprooted on the same day.
Sun Rays Through Stormy Cloud
Patches of rain lit by the sun shining through a gap in a tattered bank of cloud make a striking picture.
